No, like Ford said about his first car, “You can have any colour as long as it’s black”. Or grey in this case. We wanted to start by developing an umbrella that would appeal to as many people as possible.
We strive to have more stylish colour choices soon but again, we believe in this colour so, bear with us.
We try and incorporate as many sustainability features as possible in the making, shipping, the packaging, the printing ink, or the use of stickers but we are not there yet. Since we think that after this umbrella you won’t need to buy another one ever again, that at least that will help in reducing waste, emissions, and rest products. All tips and suggestions in terms of sustainability are greatly appreciated as we want to contribute to a more sustainable world for all.
Ooely stands for quality products that are stylish and functional. In finding a suitable name for our company we strived to find a word that was internationally easy to recognize and didn’t have any double or negative meaning in any language.

Shipment

You will receive a Track&Trace number that will allow you to check the most recent status of your order and the expected delivery at any time.

For the status of your order, please check the Track&Trace numer you received when you placed your order

If you are not at home at the first delivery attempt, the driver will ask a neighbour to accept the parcel. If that is not possible, the driver will take it back to the depot (distribution centre). You will receive a Notification Card and/or an e-mail which holds key information about the delivery options for a second delivery attempt. This can be arranged via the GLS website or their Customer Service. If you are not at home during the second delivery attempt, the parcel can only be collected at a GLS ParcelShop.

Returns

Conditions for returns:
In order for the goods to be eligible for a return, please make sure that:
• The goods were purchased in the last 30 days
• The goods are in the original packaging

We reserve the right to refuse returns of any merchandise that does not meet the above return conditions at our sole discretion.

Returning Goods

You are responsible for the cost and risk of returning the goods to us. You should send the goods to the following address:

We cannot be held responsible for goods damaged or lost in return shipment. Therefore, we recommend an insured and trackable mail service. We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the goods or proof of received return delivery.
